Location:

New York, NY. There is an in-office requirement of 4 to 5 days per week, so the applicant must reside in the tri-state area to be able to go into the office.

Executive Summary – Role

The Corporate Access & Roadshow Coordinator sits within the Capital Markets team and the role represents the opportunity for an individual to become a key contributor to the Capital Markets team and the wider firm. The Corporate Access & Roadshow Coordinator reports directly to the Managing Director of Capital Markets and works closely with the Managing Partners, Marketing, and Operations team. The role is based at Amvest Capital’s Midtown, New York office, although occasional remote work is possible.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· This role involves a worldwide emphasis, collaborating with diverse global corporations, and facilitating connections with buy-side investors;

· Maintaining relationships with investors and natural resource-focused issuers listed on the Canadian, Australian, London, and US stock exchanges;

· Providing logistical and administrative assistance within a dynamic team setting, primarily concentrating on organizing all logistics for corporate and investor meetings;

· Organizing a high volume of meetings and non-deal roadshows;

· Working with the Capital Markets team to schedule meetings and execute events;

· Gathering feedback and drafting reports following each non-deal roadshow, informational webinar, or virtual meeting;

· Collaborating with the team throughout the entire process of planning, executing, and providing feedback for non-deal roadshows and conferences;

· Managing a high volume of emails while providing support to both internal teams and external clients;

· Engaging directly with clients and investors through email, phone calls, and Zoom to discuss meeting specifics and exchange ideas;

· Maintaining Amvest’s database of investors and diligently entering investor interactions into CRM software;

· Serving as a representative for the Amvest brand;

· Attending meal and entertainment events hosted by Amvest and its clients; and

· Completing additional functions that may be requested by the Managing Partners and the Managing Director of Capital Markets.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

· 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry; concurrent/additional experience in the natural resources industry preferred

· Bachelors in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field

· Holding the SIE and Series 7 is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, in-person, exempt position, with the possibility to work remotely occasionally. Compensation will be commensurate with related work experience and education. The salary hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Amvest Capital offers above-market benefits.

Amvest’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is a base compensation band of $65,000 (Min) - $75,000 (Max). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus in addition to the base salary. Actual starting pay at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on several factors, including, but not limited to, candidate experience, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, and budgetary constraints.
