We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to complete projects in a timely manner
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with all aspects of construction
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented and must be a self motivated individual that takes pride in their work
