The Licensed Real Agent is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. He/She is highly driven, has a natural, competitive nature and draws energy from working with people.

What will you do?

Responsibilities and Duties

Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements

Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale

Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for sale by owners and expired listings, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell

Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for buyers and sellers

Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close

Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contact to contract to close

Negotiate for clients

Communication/Interactions

Lead Agent – daily

Buyers/Sellers– daily

Knowledge/Qualifications

Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car

A reliable vehicle to drive to numerous locations/showings

Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
