Cambio Communities is Hiring a Maintenance Technician- Part Time Near Clay, MI

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance operations of the community to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have passion to provide exceptional living experiences for individuals and families across the nation
- Possess broad experience and knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work for grounds, streets, homes, and equipment
- Have experience and demonstrate top safety with snow plowing in areas that require plowing
- Meet the requirement to work on-call after hours and on weekends
- Provide an active and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
