Overall Expectation:

The Engineering Lead for LumenFlow, a division of Ventura Manufacturing, provides strategic leadership and accountability to our engineering team and product development function.

• Leadership for engineering team and product development in our LumenFlow division.
• Leverage creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate and develop cutting-edge technologies.
• Lead technical customer interactions for scoping projects and finalizing proposals.
• Manage team resources to ensure projects meet agreed upon cost and timing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive improvements in the operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Minimum of five year experience in leading engineering teams. Experience in optics or automotive lighting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading the product development process with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to effectively coach and develop team members.
