Junior Real Estate Acquisition Manager (inside and outside sales)

My real estate investment company needs an Acquisitions Manager (Salesperson) who can close deals.

This is a work from Home and on the field position. Please have experience working from home and have a quiet dedicated workspace . We are not realtors , and you will not need a real estate license for this position . You'll be working closely with an out-of-the-country manager , hence, you have to be very accountable and disciplined doing your work. If you are a good, talented worker, but who finds it challenging working with no supervision, please do not apply, this position is not for you.

I am looking for someone to bring on long-term who wants to grow with me as an integral part of the team I am building. This is very important to me !

You will have the opportunity to learn the real estate investing industry from the inside out…connecting with real homeowners and solving problems to acquire deeply discounted properties.

This is not a remote job. You have to be local.

Contractor base.

Commision Only.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Cold calling in order to set up onsite meetings for yourself
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • 1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
