Role Description

$25/hr average 22% gratuities first 90 days Part-time (under 32 hrs)

$30/hr average 22% gratuities first 90 days Full-time (32 hrs)

Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Massage Therapists to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them improve their overall well-being and alleviate pain. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through the power of touch.

Duties:

- Perform client assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans

- Administer various massage techniques, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage

- Utilize your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform your practice

- Offer exceptional client service by creating a comfortable and relaxing environment

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:

- Valid Massage Therapist license or certification

- Proficiency in client assessment and acute pain management

- Strong knowledge of deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage techniques

- Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Stress Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid license to practice as a Massage Therapist in Maryland
• Prior experience in a spa or wellness center is required

• Knowledge of different massage modalities and their benefits
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
