In This Role, You'll Be:

• A Customer Champion: Guide members on their fitness journeys by assisting with class registration party planning and answering their questions through text, phone, email, social media, and in-person.
• A Sales Superstar: Become an expert in our membership options and ignite a passion for dance and fitness in prospective members.
• A Tech-Savvy Team Player: Embrace our software systems like Mindbody (our main hub), Slack for seamless team communication, and our powerful CRM platform.
• A Connection Catalyst: Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers and help existing members stay motivated.
• A Supportive Sidekick: Assist instructors by keeping attendees informed and ensuring a smooth class flow.
• A Flexible Force: As part of our close-knit team, be prepared to wear many hats and embrace a dynamic schedule, including weekends (flexibility is key!).
