Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic SOLAR Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for CLOSERS AND SETTERS! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic planning. You MUST be open to travel (within Arizona), full time, knocking doors, and speaking on the phone with your clients to set appointments. This position is for appointment setters and closers for solar energy and you can move up in the company depending on your skills.

**This is 100% commission ONLY** You have a HUGE opportunity to change your life. You can make up to 15,000 PER MONTH depending on your work ethic and how bad you want to succeed! Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve results
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies and results

Skills:

- Proven experience in technical sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Business development expertise to drive growth initiatives
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other sales management software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of technology sales processes
- Experience in outside sales with a focus on customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
