Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and skincare consultations. As an integral part of our practice, you will work closely with our team to deliver personalized treatment plans that help our clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other neurotoxins.
• Perform advanced laser treatments, such as laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, and other non-invasive procedures.
• Provide post-treatment care and follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, outcomes, and follow-up care.
• Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic industry.
• Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and outcomes of various aesthetic procedures.
• Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Certification in Aesthetic Medicine or extensive experience in performing aesthetic procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in injectable treatments (Botox, fillers) and laser procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
