As a BCBA at Abode ABA, you'll take the lead in conducting intake evaluations, including functional behavioral and skills assessments, to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You'll provide supervision and guidance to our RBTs, to ensure the effective implementation of behavior support and skill acquisition plans.

Utilizing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll design evidence-based strategies and monitor progress using evaluation tools, ensuring successful clinical outcomes for clients. Moreover, you'll empower parents and families by providing training and support while fostering an environment of growth and achievement in collaboration with staff and interdisciplinary teams.
