The Role
As a Program Manager within the Onboarding Team in the US, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer projects within that NAMER / LATAM region, and ensuring those projects are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will work closely with the System Engineers assigned to your project, and also cross-functionally with the Sales, Product and Engineering teams (to name a few). You should be a self starter who is proud to strive for excellence in all you do. You should be a fluent Spanish speaker.
What you'll do
    • Working with the team to cover Spanish speaking regions, create and maintain project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the onboarding process.
    • Identify creative and robust solutions to address project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
    • Coordinate customer calls, serving as the main point of contact for customer queries and tracking customer-facing tasks in Teamwork. Manage and own multiple customer projects.
    • Work closely with the Sales team to manage customer expectations regarding project delivery, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines, engaging with internal teams such as product development, implementation, and customer support.
    • Coordinate onboarding reporting and collaborate with Sales to present project updates to customers, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status.
    • Provide regular project updates to both customers and internal management, distributing meeting notes and actions to all stakeholders.
    • Coordinate system performance analysis with technical and data teams, ensuring the successful integration and functionality of customer systems.
    • Create and coordinate Jira tickets to track project tasks internally across Onboarding and other departments, maintaining project updates in Salesforce.
    • Work with the legal team on customer contracts when required, ensuring compliance and alignment with project objectives.
    • Escalate any issues impacting project delivery to management, providing recommendations for resolution and mitigation.
    • Manage and own multiple customer projects. managing all aspects of their onboarding project from initiation to completion.
    • Travel to meet customers at pivotal points in the project, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring project success.

Profile and Skills
    • You have 3 years experience in a similar role working with projects in a global matrixed organisation and you speak fluent Spanish.
    • You have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
    • You are proficient in utilizing various tools and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, and Teamwork to streamline project workflows and communication.
    • You are a proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently. Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to anticipate and address potential issues promptly.
    • You demonstrate initiative, drive, and self-motivation in taking full ownership of projects and the customer ensuring accountability for project outcomes, and fostering a no-blame culture conducive to continuous improvement.
    • You possess in-depth problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment, capable of navigating and resolving complex situations effectively.
    • You are highly organized with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in project execution and documentation.
    • You have a keen interest in Everseen's technology solutions, comfortable discussing them at a high level, and staying updated with the latest developments.
    • A relevant degree qualification is preferred
    • A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP etc.) is preferred
    • There will be an expectation of up to 20% travel with this role to meet with customers.
