We are looking for someone like you to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up with pre-qualified sales leads to close the sale (No cold calling is involved).
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound and field inbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Present and promote products/services to drive sales and meet targets
  • Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas
  • Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • This is a Work From Home Position, Candidates must have the following technology
    • Reliable internet
    • Working Computer with a web camera
  • MUST RESIDE IN NEW YORK STATE TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
