Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs

- Provide information about products, pricing, and availability

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for processing transactions

- Previous experience in electronics, appliance, technology, jewelry sales is a plus

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous

- Knowledge of stock management procedures

- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices

- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
