Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an entry-level sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Assist senior sales representatives in managing client accounts.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales goals.
- Previous experience 0-2 years in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
