Job Summary:
The Loyalty Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution and growth of the TXB Rewards Loyalty Program. Under the TXB Brand Manager, the Loyalty Marketing Manager will uphold the TXB brand standards, including voice, value proposition, and promise across digital and social media platforms as set and led by the TXB Brand Manager. This individual is responsible for driving loyalty program growth, loyalty analytics, and KPI management, loyalty promotional campaign creation and execution. The goal of the Loyalty Marketing Manager is to build and manage loyalty engagement, grow loyalty capture rates, grow loyalty sales, build customer profiles, and gain program awareness.
This position will report to the TXB Brand Manager and is located at the TXB Home Office in Spicewood, Texas.
Essential Functions:
Manage and develop TXB Rewards Program. Including:
Influence customer behavior with loyalty offers and campaigns to drive incremental sales and loyalty enrollment. This includes marketing to existing loyalty members with group and individual offers, as well as, in-the-moment offers to maximize loyalty baskets, repeat visits, and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with Vice President of Marketing and the Brand Manager to strategize, build, and implement digital customer journey from strategic marketing plans across digital platforms.
Monitor KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure program health and identify business opportunities.
Communicate loyalty strategy, program benefits, and digital analytics to cross-functional teams.
Manage online and digital profiles including: TXBStores.com, TXB App, Third Party App Platforms , NACS Thriver Search Engine, and social media advertisements
Assist in vendor negotiations, developing pitch decks, and placing ads
Manage online and in-app reviews and customer complaints
Create training materials for stores on loyalty programming and initiatives
Maintain knowledge of competitor activity and loyalty marketing trends.
