**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Barback / Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve beverages to customers following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Stock bar area and gift shop of beverages and supplies

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Bus tables, clean barware, take out trash, help food run, and assist staff.

**Skills:**

- Experience in the food service or restaurant industry

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail

*Desired Skills:*

- Previous experience in a hotel, catering, or kitchen environment

- Familiarity with food handling procedures
