• The UPS Store is currently seeking for a mature professional candidate with excellent communication and sales skills, who enjoys working with customers and is good with multitasking and has a sales background with a sales mindset.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work 30-35 hours a week, including rotating Saturdays and every Sunday, understands and delivers world class customer service to our customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's needs and up-sell and cross-sell solutions from our Product and Services offerings
• Looking for the following shifts. Shift 1: 10am -2:00 PM Monday -Friday OR 2:00 PM - 8 PM Monday -Friday, candidate will work alternate Saturday 10 am - 4 pm, OR Alt Sunday 10 am - 3 pm
• Responsibilities include: Assisting customers in making copies/prints, shipping and selling all products and services offered.
• Learn and operate our Point of Sale (POS) software and Counter Manifest System (CMS).
• Resolve everyday Customer Service issues. Answering phone calls. Up-selling and cross-selling.
• Must be good at multitasking, organized and detail oriented.
• Have excellent work ethics
• Maintaining cleanliness in the store. Follow rules and regulations set by your manager. Cooperate in the fulfillment of Saturday's work schedule.
• Willingness to become a public notary.
• Other requirements might be added by your manager

Required Skills: Basic Computer skills, Understanding of operating copiers, ability to multi task and provide world class customer experience to our customers.
PLUS for the job - Advanced printing skills, Spanish speaking, prior work experience at Fedex/office Depot/The UPS Store, entry level experience with InDesign/Photoshop, and Notary Public commission.

Shift 1: 10 am - 2:00 pm M-F

Shift 2: 2pm-8:15 pm M-F

Availability to work Rotating Saturday - 10 am - 4 pm

Availability to work Rotating Sundays 10 am -3 pm

Preferred Skills: Knowledge and understanding of all major color graphics software programs.

Preferred Experience: None - great communication skills and willingness to learn and be flexible.
