```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise others.
- Experience with facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Welding experience is a plus.
