Office Manager-Interior Design Firm
We are an interior design firm looking for a professional office manager who can control a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must be reliable and have exceptional organizational skills that can multitask.
Purchasing for a furniture store or interior design firm is MANDATORY! 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:
Assisting Designers: Scheduling all client meetings and coordinating installations. Assist designers as needed by requesting quotes from vendors, preparing client proposals, creating PO's & processing final orders. Purchasing.
Bookkeeping: Accounts payable/receivable, client monthly billings and statements.
General Office: Manage phones, ordering office supplies, helping to maintain a clean and efficient office workplace, running errands, scheduling owners’ personal appointments and travel arrangements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), QuickBooks, Google Docs. Asana,
Work experience in a design firm or furniture store mandatory.
90 Day Probationary Period
Scheduled Hours by owner
25 hours per week to start the first 30 days. Negotiable
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am – 2pm
$25.00 Per Hour 1099 for 90 days
Benefits / 401K available after 90 days
