What is the role?

This is the perfect entry-level position for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start their career!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Office Coordinator to support our Sydney team at Office Hub HQ, where no two days are the same. You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team, making prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks essential for success. No task is too small, and no ambition is too great!

You will engage with people on all levels, both internally and externally, serving as the glue that keeps the Office Hub engine running.

You will be busy doing the following:

  • Sales Support: Answer workspace inquiries from our clients.
  • CRM and Accounts Administration: Manage Salesforce and Xero systems, update records, generate invoices, monitor, and chase receivables.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Ensure a smooth listing experience for new workspace partners.
  • Marketing and Development Support: Assist with proofreading and testing, and help prepare and design visually appealing reports and presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Keep ad-hoc projects on track for the leadership team.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-stocked, welcoming and tidy.
  • Event Coordination: Organize client and internal events such as monthly drinks, team trips, and birthday celebrations.
  • Team Support: Contribute to the team spirit and overall office environment.
