Pay: $50,000 per year

3 Retention bonuses: $500 @ 2 months; $5000 @ 4 months; $1000 @ 6 months
Monthly profit sharing bonus: after 2 months and fully trained, averages $8000-$12,000 per year
Job Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and retain a store staff
• Create and maintain a positive store culture where staff are treated respectfully and valued
• Create staff schedules to optimize coverage and optimize labor costs
• Weekly inventory counts and analysis
• Work in the store as schedule requires

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated previous successful leadership experience
• Positive/Can-do attitude
• Experience with leading a team in a fast paced environment
