Equity Remodeling is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations. Our company provides pre-set, quality appointments, giving our sales representatives the opportunity to focus on closing deals and maximizing their earning potential.

**Responsibilities:**

- Run pre-set appointments for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

- Effectively communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Present and demonstrate our remodeling services in a professional and persuasive manner.

- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up actions.

Ideal Candidate will:

- Have a drive to excel in a commission-based environment.

- Be self motivated, determined ,coachable, hard working and have integrity are essential qualities we seek in candidates.

-possess a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance for transportation to appointments.

- Own a laptop or iPad for accessing necessary sales materials and presentations.

- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Previous sales experience. (Preferred but not required) In-depth training will be provided to ensure your success.
