Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for home building, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our roof trusses, floor trusses and wall panel building products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Presentations: Conduct presentations for potential buyers, highlighting key features and advantages of our products.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, blueprint review, project design and project estimates to the final contract signing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or home building industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
