Mrs.Gerry's is Hiring a Manufacturing - Small Salad Prep 1st Shift Near Albert, MN
Starting wage: $20.00Regular Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (end time may vary)Days: Monday through FridaySummary
- Know and follow HACCP and SQF programs.
- Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to follow a recipe.
- Gather all ingredients in their appropriate amounts for the salad being prepared.
- Set up all the salad ingredients for the mixer person and if needed instructs them on how to prepare the salad.
- Must be able to measure ingredients correctly to ensure Mrs. Gerry’s standards are met.
- Ensure quality controls are in place with each ingredient prior to using.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Vision: up close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Able to work near moving mechanical parts.
- Environment is cool due to production of perishable food products.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Able to interpret safety, operational and maintenance instructions, plus procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication within a team.
- Willingness to cross-train where needed.
