**GENERAL ATTRIBUTES AND POSITION DESCRIPTION**

Each Manager is a team member of a bigger organization with central support of a central office staff for HR and Accounting. In addition, we provide continuous training of the areas of expertise that a Junior Assistant Manager that may not be adequately proficient in and we believe that continuous education of systems, processes and technology is required for EVERY POSITION IN OUR COMPANY INCLUDING C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES.
Manager must function as an owner and as a team member of a bigger organization and must have thorough knowledge in a wide range of subjects regarding the operations of a restaurant ranging from licensure, regulations and HR, to recipes, customer service and knowledge of restaurant equipment, repairs and suppliers. The Manager is required to have excellent working knowledge of Back Office procedures including Microsoft Office, TOAST POS back office system, working accounting knowledge, employee scheduling through SLING and Ordering through XTRACHEF and Dining Edge.. The General Manager is also required to have hands on knowledge and ability, when necessary, of kitchen operations, hands on, so that compromise of standards in order to accommodate finicky cooks, chefs and bakers is avoided.
