**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. This position is for Art Therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapy, crisis management, case management, motivational interviewing, data collection, and systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients

- Conduct crisis intervention and management when necessary

- Develop and implement case management plans for clients

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals

- Collect and analyze data to assess client progress and program effectiveness

**Skills:**

- Strong background in therapy and counseling techniques

- Proficient in crisis management strategies

- Excellent case management skills

- Ability to conduct motivational interviewing sessions effectively

- Experience in data collection and analysis

- Knowledge of systems theory in social work practice

- Previous experience working with children and families

- Expertise in child family counseling approaches

- Understanding of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
