We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Support Technician

Qualifications:

· Must have a good working knowledge and previous experience with Windows Server OS.

· Previous experience with programming Firewall\routers. .

· Previous experience with setting up wifi infrastructure. In particular, Ubiquiti Unifi equipment.

· Previous experience setting up network switches. Ubiquiti, CISCO, HP.

· Computer Hardware support experience.

· Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Certifications such as CompTIA Network , Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.

· Dependable transportation.

· Strong ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

· Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with network connectivity, software installation, and troubleshooting.

· Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.

· Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures, to maintain accurate records.

· Driving several miles per day from job to job.
