We are looking for Tournament Directors to post tournaments and find teams to participate in their tournaments for various sports such as Boy’s Baseball, Boy’s and Girl’s Basketball. Boy’s and Girl’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Slow Pitch Softball. Men’s and Women’s Fast Pitch Softball. .
To be a successful GSA Tournament Director, you should be dedicated, detail-oriented, and meticulous in your work. You should be passionate about your work as a Director and enjoy what you do. Our goal is to strive towards creating highly competitive tournaments that any team in the tournament is capable of winning the tournament. When you do that your teams will be coming back. We have a ranking system that helps you in classifying teams in a classification where they are the most competitive.
Below are some responsibilities and requirements.GSA will help you in any way we can. And the potential income is extremely high. Depending on how hard you want to work at it. And if you become a Great Director. There is the potential of becoming a Regional Director with Directors in other states working under your guidance. GSA will assist you in every way possible to help you be highly successful.
Athletic Director Responsibilities

• Have access to a park or parks to host your events. Or gyms in the case of basketball.
• Posting your tournaments on the GSA website. GSA will assist.
• Calling teams to invite them to play in your tournaments in the beginning until you are established.
• Have access to umpires and/or referees for your tournaments. GSA will assist.
• Creating your tournament schedule on the GSA website. GSA will assist.
• Assisting teams in signing up for your tournaments. GSA will assist.
• Posting brackets and scores after games are complete. GSA will assist.

GSA Tournament Director Requirements to be the most successful
:

• Have access to a park or parks to host Tournaments. Or Gym or Gyms for Basketball.
• Being a People person. Be good at talking with coaches,
• Establishing good relationships with Coaches.
• Understanding fundraising and promotional events as a way of getting teams started playing in your events.
• Ability to handle scrutiny from parents and the public. Stay calm and courteous. .
