Role Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume environments, and possess a proven track record of helping restaurants grow into successful chains.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant industry
