We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager/Videographer to join our Real Estate and Insurance team. As a Social Media Manager/Videographer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage our online community.
**Duties:**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
**Qualifications:**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager/Videographer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of film, motion graphics, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, post-production, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
