Purpose: This is a key ministry position. The Operations Manager provides leadership crucial to the flourishing of Christ Community’s mission. He or she will not only support and maintain vital administrative functioning, but also help develop our organizational operations and expand or change them as the situation requires. He or she will often be present in our facility to manage the office and see that the necessary weekly administrative responsibilities are completed.

Salary & Benefits:
Part-time salaried (roughly 20-22 hours a week), paid bimonthly
5 paid vacation days; paid federal holidays
5 paid sick days
2 paid retreat days per year
