Job Description
- Receive all incoming client calls/emails
- Create & dispatch all work orders
- Improve customer service experience to facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Coordinate daily services with vendors/technicians, facility managers & customers,
- Following up with clients and projects daily and update internal systems accordingly
- Maintain high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences
- Handle job escalations
- Manage all aspects of each job and are responsible for each service provided
- Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone/email etiquette a must!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active with the ability to think strategically
- Organized & detail oriented
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience working with & managing sub-contractors a plus
