Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Experience In Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, And Painting Is EssentialPerform routine preventive maintenance
Pool maintenance is a plus
Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8AM to 5PM
Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields minimum of three years.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment and having your own tools is a plus.
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
