Spherion Staffing New Jersey is Hiring a Data Entry Specialist Near Bridgewater, NJ
Spherion is looking for an data entry/account specialist for our client in North Branch, NJ.
This position is fully remote.
You MUST live in NJ.
Monday - Thursday 9-5
Friday 9-1 (through labor day 9-3 thereafter)
In this role you will support the member support team with various tasks including but not limited to;
- Data cleanup
- Managing new account set up
- Collecting missing information from members via the phone or email
- Placing outbound calls
- Various tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Experience using various communication platforms
- Experience working multiple database apps/crm
- Great organization skills and able to follow written instructions precisely
