Palladin Technologies is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead Near Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract, recruit, and retain top talent to meet the organization's needs
- Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluation assessments to identify and select qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the talent acquisition process
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to enhance the organization's talent pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles with high-quality candidates
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
