**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with behavioral challenges, providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Assist in developing individualized treatment goals
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to determine patterns and trends
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to administer medication as prescribed
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Background in behavioral health, addiction counseling, or related field is a plus
