**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and community management, possess excellent administrative skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct property tours for potential residents and showcase available units

- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing

- Utilize OneSite or similar software for leasing and resident management

- Handle administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and resident documentation

- Collaborate with property maintenance teams

- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in real estate marketing and administrative tasks

- Familiarity with property maintenance processes

- Knowledge of Excel, management software and social media marketing

- Excellent administrative capabilities for managing leasing agreements

- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing contracts
