GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Executes all marketing support related activities for Lifestyle brands division at L’Amy America. Reports to Lifestyle Brands Director, and assists Brand Managers in all aspects of marketing as related to the EXPORT markets of trade.
Current Brand Portfolio: Champion, New Balance, Seven.Five, Ben Sherman, TLG, Ann Taylor
RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT/COLLECTION MANAGEMENT>
Assists in the sku life-cycle management process including, but not limited Product Data Base entries, pricing, photography, price entry, pricelist maintenance, and launch execution. Also participates in team input for determining collection direction. Assists in the coordination of all product development steps from market research to supplier communications.
ADVERT-PR>
Coordinates all advertising & PR calendars and activities from creative concepts to final art. Handles communications with all necessary parties—graphic design ideation to licensor approvals. Helps to create and then disseminates all press releases and any other PR outreach activities. Also participates in team input to generate PR ideas.
POP>
Coordinates all point-of-purchase projects by assessing brand needs, sourcing design /manufacturing, and ordering and maintaining of inventory. Analyzes effectiveness of current programs and strategizes for future. Is instrumental in ideation phase of p.o.p. creation.
EXPORT PROMOTIONS>
Coordinates and implements all corporate and branded ad-hoc/seasonal promotions. Creates communications to support & report promotions. Analyzes effectiveness of promo efforts. Is also instrumental in ideation phase of promo creation.
EXPORT COMMUNICATIONS>
Is the internal communications conduit for all Lifestyle brands-related business efforts, including but not limited to answering field sales needs, customer needs, media needs, internal team needs, and licensor needs. Assists in the creation of all brand-related sales tools such as brand presentations, pricelists and other creative items.
EXPORT SPECIFIC>
Responsible for implementing/maintaining various, yet-to-be-determined corporate-level marketing efforts. For example, tradeshow coordination, sample trafficking, sales meetings coordination, or other projects on an as needed basis.
