Resourcing Edge, an HR outsourcing company, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join its growing team. The Implementation Specialist is an essential bridge from sales to service delivery. As an implementation specialist, you will onboard clients and get them accustomed to using our Human Resource, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems. This role requires a strong understanding of 1) HR, Payroll, and Benefits 2) general implementation and project management practices, and 3) human resource and payroll business processes.

THE ROLE

• Conduct prospect needs analysis and solution demonstrations
• Guide the onboarding process which might include system building, data migration, unit/system testing, parallel processing, live production support, and project coordination
•  Serve as the “Product Expert”, training and consulting with clients on all technology systems
• Project-manage the implementation process
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after implementation is complete
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, serving as a new client’s introduction to Resourcing Edge

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Human Resource and/or Payroll related experience, either as a practitioner or as an implementation consultant
• Experience with either process or systems that manage recruiting functions, onboarding functions, performance management, and/or learning management
• Ability to help clients analyze/adjust their processes to better utilize their software (process re-engineering)
• Ability to learn new products at an aggressive pace
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
