- Lead Qualification: Collect and assess customer details, budget, event date, preferences, and specific requirements.
- Sales Quote Conversion: Present options through design consultations, highlighting the quality and uniqueness of our floral products and services to close sales effectively.
- Floral Arrangements: Create a wide range of floral pieces, including centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other decorative items, tailored to the event's style and theme.
- Selection and Procurement: Source and select appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials based on client preferences, budget, and seasonal availability.
