EDGE Express Car Wash is looking for a motivated leader to join our ranks and be a part of our exponential growth throughout the eastern seaboard. You will lead a team of individuals to ensure that our customers have an amazing experience and a consistently clean automobile. This includes maintaining a clean facility, managing and growing the business daily, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Description:

With the support of our corporate team, Managers are responsible for all aspects of the Car Wash’s operations, including hiring, training, developing other team members, customer service, and equipment maintenance/repairs. Managers are responsible for driving operational, financial, and human resource goals. Limitless upward mobility exists as EDGE Express Car Wash continues to expand its operations.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and schedule team members
• Manage the team through opening, closing, and ongoing maintenance of the facility
• Ensure overall performance and motivation of the team
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote and educate customers on available car wash packages
• Perform all preventive and routine equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair systems during operational interruptions
• Navigate customer inquiries and complaints, including damage claims
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Maintain a professional team in appearance and attitude
• Establish, demonstrate, and maintain exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized site
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the team member assessment process
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

Qualifications:

• 3 years of previous management experience and customer service
• Team player and leader
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Ability to remain calm and think clearly in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated with attention to detail
• Professional, honest, reliable, hard-working, ethical, and strong moral character
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Working in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Full-time position
• Some evening and weekend hours are required

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
