Are you passionate about real estate transactions and possess excellent organizational skills? Klosinski Overstreet is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Closing Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic real estate firm known for its commitment to excellence. This is an in person position located at our office in Evans, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Coordination: Assist in managing the end-to-end real estate closing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with legal requirements.
  2. Communication: Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.
  3. Document Preparation: Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring all necessary signatures and information are complete and accurate.
  4. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on properties, including title searches and other relevant checks to identify potential issues before closing.
  5. Closing Logistics: Coordinate and schedule closing appointments, liaising with all parties involved to ensure a timely and efficient closing process.
  6. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  7. Compliance: Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the closing process.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Previous experience in real estate transactions or as a closing assistant is preferred.
  2. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  3. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and review.
  5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate transactions.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges with professionalism.
