Salary: $85,000 - 140,000 annual salary
The ARRA Group, a healthcare recruitment consultancy firm, has partnered one of Connecticut’s leading providers of addiction and mental health services to hire a Residential Services Program Manager, overseeing Addiction and Substance Abuse. This recovery and behavioral facility offers a wide range of programs including Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, IOPs and Support Programs.
Responsibilities

• Lead the development, and implementation of comprehensive substance abuse and addiction programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinical supervisors, licensed and unlicensed clinician- assisting with assessments, treatment plans, admissions, as needed.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory and compliance standards including DMHAS, PSRB, DCF, DPH, and Joint Commission.
• Regularly assess program outcomes and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Manage established financial and staffing budgets, utilizing resources efficiently to meet department goals.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the effectiveness of substance abuse programs.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling.
• CT licensure: LADC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Proven experience in program management within the field of substance abuse and addiction.
