Job Summary:

We are seeking a Rwsidentail Home Addition Manager with expertise in project scheduling, construction estimating, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid to oversee residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for each project
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the construction process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within the residential construction industry
- Proficiency in project scheduling, construction estimating, and project coordination
- Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Ability to interpret schematics and construction drawings accurately
