Mainstay Farm in Cleburne, TX is looking for one entree kitchen manager to join our dynamic team. We are a seasonal farm park, hosting guests on our farm each Fall, Christmas and Spring, as well as private events throughout the year. We are located on 1004 W Bethesda Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, team player, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• As a senior member of our Food Service Crew, this role would supervise 4 seasonal entree food service locations on the farm including food trucks and production kitchens.
• Assist with onsite support for kitchen crews during operating hours, along with a team of kitchen leads
• Weekly inventory, stocking, and recovery for each kitchen
• Team building and training for seasonal staff
• Work directly with Food Service Manager to implement and reach weekly production & sales goals.
• Work with Food Service Manager to ensure kitchens are working to serve guests in the most efficient and effective manner, suggesting operational changes as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Food Service experience preferred
• Management or supervisor experience preferred
• Food Handler's required
