Job Description:

Are you a versatile Dental Assistant passionate about both surgical and restorative dentistry? Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers is looking for a dynamic team player to assist our dentists in providing world-class care. Your role will encompass everything from chairside assistance during surgeries to restorative procedures, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines, and delivering exceptional patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with dental implant surgeries and restorative treatments
• Maintain and organize dental instruments and supplies
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines
• Engage with patients for scheduling, follow-ups, and record-keeping
• Perform basic lab procedures like impressions and model pouring
• Keep treatment rooms and public areas clean and orderly

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant preferred
• NJ radiologic technology license required
• Experience in both surgical and restorative dentistry, primary focus on surgical
• Strong understanding of dental instruments and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and team-focused
