About The RoleReporting to the Director of Integrated Solutions, the Manager D365 F&SCM, is an integral part of the Technology team onsite that is responsible for overseeing Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) system and platform for JPMS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transactional discipline in new and existing software solutions, with a focus on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) within Dynamics 365.
What You Will Do:
  • Functionally supports all aspects of Dynamics 365, including purchasing, warehousing, sales, customer services, finance, accounting, and supply chain.
  • Lead the upgrades of Dynamics 365, ensuring a seamless transition for operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate Dynamics 365 with other 3rd party platforms, enhancing operations efficiency and decision-making
  • Work closely with IT technical members to align system capabilities with business goals
  • Drive the adoption of new business solutions, fostering an environment of innovation and digital transformation by working closely with subject matter experts
  • Coordinate with external support, Managed Application Services (MAS), team for ongoing break/fix and optimization of Dynamics 365 functionalities and enhancements

Requirements:What You’ll Need:Skills:
  • Strong proficiency and competency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to manage inventory, order planning, picking, and shipping processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects on time and within scope
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in client onboarding and stakeholder management.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to driving business growth through technological innovation.
  • Be able to quickly identify and understand complex problems and then find creative solutions to them
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong understanding of business workflow modeling
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required
Experience:
  • Total of 5 years of functional experience with D365 F&SCM (or blend of D365 and AX ERP) applications with specific knowledge of order to cash, procurement to pay, plan to produce modules Note: Minimum of 3 years’ experience required with D365
  • 3 years’ experience with EDI, including document types, highly preferred if with SPS Commerce
  • 1 years’ experience using Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrable experience in Advanced Warehousing, Order Management, Supply Chain, Procurement activities & Master Planning
  • Demonstratable experience with multiple integrated platforms
  • Demonstratable experience as an end user in identifying nuances in expected behaviors with elected technologies
  • Proven experience in change management roles with successful outcomes
Skills:Nice to have’s:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
Competitive Compensation:
  • The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
  • Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
