Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our Simply Handy team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drywall installation, patch and repair, types of textures and related tasks, contributing to the successful completion of various drywall and drywall repair projects.

Responsibilities:

- Install and secure drywall to walls or ceilings
- Measure and cut drywall to fit specific dimensions
- Finishing to match textures and existing surfaces.
- Able to estimate, determine layout and design specifications
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site for seamless project execution

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess some or all of the following skills:

- Proficiency in drywall finishing techniques and matching texture
- Experience with drywall patch and repair
- Ability to estimate and project timelines.
- Knowledge carpentry, masonry and painting
- Familiarity with construction plumbing practices
- Competency in carpentry tasks related to drywall hanging
- Previous experience in plastering and hot mud use
