Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Project Coordinator to join our team. The Dispatch Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction & property maintenance projects. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction management processes.

Duties:

- Take calls and service request from customers

- Contact the nearest or soonest available vendors and direct them to the client site

- Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities

- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Cloud Based CRM

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time

- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

- Track project progress and provide regular updates

- Monitor project budgets and expenses

- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned

Qualifications:

- Associates Degree preferred or Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.

- Proven experience as a Dispatch Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

• Minimum 2 years in Project Coordination preferred
• Minimum 2 years in Dispatch preferred
• 2 years construction and property maintenance experience preferred

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
